I subscribed to Microsoft Office in April 2022, it was $8.00 per month, which was fine, there was a phone number to use if I had any problems, I left a message and about an hour later I got a call from James Bradford who said that he has a contract to fix Microsoft software. He said the problem was that my computer was not updated, it needed to be cleaned up and there was lots of other things stopping the Microsoft software from working and for $249.97 for one year that would give me a year of service for any reason. That payment went to Eastman Services. In November I needed some help and went remote on my computer a little box came up saying something about a porn site, James said he could fix it and block any porn and other things like it. He said he needed $280.00 to fix it. I told him that I didn't want to do that and he said that all my files and client information would be corrupted if I didn't get it off. I realized the next day that I was scammed, and I was sure his company put the porn site on so they could charge me to fix it. So he fixed it supposedly, the next day I tested it and went to adult websites and everything came up. I called him and said that the block he fixed did not work and I wanted a refund. He said he understood and that he would process a refund to my PayPal account. On December 5th I emailed him about not getting a credit on my PayPal. He said I needed to file a complaint with PayPal witch I did on 11/7 PayPal said that it would be reviewed by them in 5 days. They closed the case on 11/17 (or around then) saying that it would not be credited as James said it would be. I complained to James on the 12/15 and he said I should not have sent the complaint to PayPal because it messed everything up and it would just take a little more time. On 12/16 he emailed me and said that he had sent a check or wired from their billing department as Global World to PayPal and that I will see the credit on my PayPal account. I checked 2X a week and no refund from them, I got a hold of PayPal this morning and they said they did not get a check from Global World. I emailed James yesterday and he has not responded.
