I was approached as the manager of a content creator to attend an event in Sweden. I have attached the initial request email we received. Following some research, we found that prior to targeting social media influencers, this group of people did the same with National Geographic Photographers. We were able to avoid the loss of personally identifiable information + money loss as this creator has a full team available to her to review these types of opportunities. I am reaching out as I worry that others who might have been approached do not and will fall victim to this sam ($50,000 USD is a lot of money to lose!).
