A message was sent to my wife's computer from Global Wide LLC, stating it had be infected and someone was trying and did access the computer and our network. The number provide for contact was 1-888-910-3852. On April 23, 2018 I called the number for the technician to unblock my computer , Technician - Steve Jordon was the individual I spoke with, the technician remotely log onto my computer and unlocked the computer and was to install software to prevent and fix the problem. Payment was made by Fortera Debit Card (MasterCard)for $150.00 for protection for 2 years, I was contacted again in 27 April 2018 by the same company phone number 1-855-769-6222 and informed my other devices had 5 devices were also infected 3 tablets, 2 smart phones, and the network firewall was not activated, due to the expired warranty and windows 10 was also expired. $150.00 was paid by the same debit card. Was called on 4 June 2018 by the company stating they are going out of business and would be refunding the payments. My wife's computer and my got another message stating our computers were infected and I called 1-855-79-6480 and informed the Tech the computer was blocked again, I was informed a payment of $300.00 was paid by debit card to fix everything . I ask the tech when was I going to get my refund for the monies I have already paid due to them going out of business he stated "Sir I think you have been scammed we have not call you offering a refund and we are not going out of business"
