This company is a complete scam. I received an invoice stating that I owed $729.00 for "Online Business Advertising", which is very vague. When we called to ask about it, they said we authorized them to do so, and that they have voice recording of us as well. When we refuse to pay, because we didn't want this service in the first place, they then call us supposedly from the ScamPulse.com. The woman tries to strong arm you into paying, even a reduced price. When we confronted her with all the online complaints about the company, and that we never authorized them to give us a service, she says they have recordings of us and that if we don't pay then the BBB will have to give us a bad rating. I asked her for a hard copy letter in the mail, with all the information she was giving me, and she said that "we shouldn't tell her how to do her job". We actually called the BBB, and they let us know that they did not call, and that it is a scam. Do not let them convince you to make a payment!

We received a call from " Global Wide Data" months ago. They began by asking us to confirm our mailing address. In which we responded with " correct " then attempted to sell us advertising in which we quickly responded no thanks please take us off your calling list. Since then we have been getting harassed with vicious calls from them claiming we have an outstanding invoice. In which we say we never approved of this advertising and continue to say we are not interested please take our company name and phone number out of your system. The last call we received we had asked for written approval or a verbal recording of the approval of this in which they replayed a pieced together recording that cut out 95% of the conversation and added in where they state the amount of the invoice and ask if they can send the invoice which was never ever said to us in the original conversation. These guys are complete scammers and are ruthless and will not stop calling.

Last year I went through the same thing with this company. They 1st send me a bill for approximately $800., and when I call them they have some recording of me giving my business address, phone # and my name saying I am the owner of this business. I recognize the recording and I believe they are going under the guise of the yellow pages or google. There was also a little over recording saying" May 2018" and I didn't talk to anyone this year giving that information, that recording is from last year. It was also the same woman as last year that called me back from their credit dept., she has a raspy voice and said they have proof I agreed to their advertising. Their address is very suspect and there are many other complaints about this company. The BBB was very helpful in guiding me through this process, and told me to block all calls and emails from them, and make sure my C.C. company and bank know I am being harassed by this company.

I was contacted by phone as the business coowner (which I am not - it is my husbands business) and told that they were not selling anything but wanted to verify our address to mail an invoice for services already received. I have never hear of this company, and told the caller this. Also my husband has never done any advertising online.

After talking with this person for several minutes I asked this guy if he had a signed contract. He stated that he's sure that they must have a contract somewhere that we would have signed two years ago. He did not offer to provide this to us. He did not push to have us sign up for continuing our business with them. After asking him to send us information on their business, I did verify my information (which was being recorded) and he stated that they did not need a P.O. number, and that they would send out the information with the invoice.

The invoice has been received but no other information was sent. We will not be paying this "invoice" as I believe it is fraudulent.
