Global Transervice Reports & Reviews (1)

I thought I was adopting 2 AKC Yorkie puppies for $780 from someone in Atlanta, GA named Peterson Philip who turned out to be Sheen al Haq according to the transfer notice through PayPal. He supposedly took the pups to a pet shipping company on Sunday March 15, 2020 for transport to me in Fort Worth, Texas.

The pet shipping company’s name is Global Transervice and they are located at 8545 Airport Plaza, Atlanta, GA according to their emailed information. The company phone number was listed in the email as 405-385-9538 and email of [email protected].

There is no website that I could find.

I received an email from the pet shipping company telling me that the pups had be received, that all the necessary papers and microchipping had been done, and that they would be shipped out on the next flight out. About 30 minutes later I received another email telling me that the carriers that the pups had be brought in were not appropriate for 12 week old puppies to be shipped cargo and that I would need to pay rental of $885 per pup for air controlled carriers which would be 95% refunded to me when the pups arrived at my door.

I verified this information about the need for the carriers and sent the money via Zelle to [email protected].

Once the rental fee was confirmed I received another email telling me the pups were on the 6:15pm flight to Jackson Mississippi and would be delivered to my door by 6:30am on Monday, March 16. About 30 minutes after that I received another email and a text alerting me that the pup’s registration had expired 2 weeks ago which was in direct contradiction to the first email I received.

This time I was required to send money for the renewed registration and cargo shipping insurance for $1500, $1650, or $1785 which would also be partially refunded upon delivery of the pups to my door. When I told them by email and text that I did not have any more money to send they proceeded to badger me by text message and email telling me that the pups could not be sent on from Jackson to Fort Worth without the insurance.

After I was told that the authorities were requiring the insurance for the pups I researched this and there is no requirement for cargo insurance or current AKC registration to bring dogs into the state of Texas on any of the airlines that fly into DFW which is where the pups were to be flown to and then delivered to me.

When it felt like I was being extorted for the delivery of the pups I decided to file a complaint with the FTC and the FBI. I sent them a copy of the complaint acknowledgement from the FTC and in response I got a text stating “we don’t shock easy here”. I went to a pet scamming website and reported this there as well.
