I RECEIVED A LETTER WITH A CHECK IN THE MAIL. THE CHECK IS FOR $1062. IT GIVES A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND YOU SPEAK TO DANIEL. HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE YOUR MYSTERY SHOPPER COORDINATOR. YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO CASH OR DEPOSIT THIS CHECK BUT ONLY AT THE BANK THAT YOU HAVE A CHECKING ACCOUNT. THEN IMMEDIATELY CALL DANIEL BACK AND HE WILL INSTRUCT YOU WHERE TO GO TO PURCHASE A DEBIT CARD TO MAIL BACK TO HIM IN THE AMOUNT OF $930. WALMART, WALGREENS OR HOME DEPOT ARE YOUR CHOICES. OF COURSE THEN THE CHECK IS RETURNED NO ACCOUNT AND YOU ARE CHARGED THE $930 OUT OF YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT.

I received a letter via USPS from Global Test Market introducing the Mystery Shopper Program. On Feb.14, 2017 I called the 800-236-7900 and spoke with Daniel. He explained the program and told me to contact him when the check had been cleared. I deposited the check on Feb. 14. 2017, Friday. On Feb. 17, 2017 I withdraw cash and purchased the gift cards as instructed by Daniel at Global Test Market. On Feb. 24, 2017 I received a letter from my banking stating that the check from Global Test Market was fraudulent. I am currently trying to recover my funds from the gift card company.

Deposit their check and wait till it posts to your account and then call them back to discuss the purchase of a gift card, which I assume they will want sent back to them. I had my bank verify that the check was indeed fraudulant.

received letter with a check for $1083.00 from northern trust bank in oakbrook terrance, il 60181. global test market said to deposit check in my account and not tell anyone i was a mystery shopper. i asked my daughter to check on this company and the phone numbers it had listed. supposedly they are in flint, mi but the phone number comes up as a different state 416-312-0819 or 800-405-2091, fax number 866-791-2284. this has to be a scam with so many different states and numbers involved.

Received a check for $1,093 to deposit in my checking and work as a Customer Service Evaluator (Mystery Shopper). I didn't cash it because it looked like fraud. Address on check, address on letterhead and return address on envelope were all different!

They sent me a letter in the mail and told me to call this number 1-800-336-0836 or 1-416-817-6232. If i didn't understand the instruction's i didn't so i called it had a check with it for 985.00 i deposited it into account pulled it out the next day, Turns out it is a fraudulent check causing me to over drawl 875.00. And i was wanting tosee if i cold get some help resovling thihs matter. Respectfully *** ***
