My daughter is looking for an apartment and called this ad. The relocation experts told her that an advance of 350.00 in cash via money gram was needed to begin looking for apartments and that it was refundable and would be used towards the advancement of a move.

Upon thought- I contacted the number and asked for their information. They gave me the AZ government site for corporate registrations (which means nothing). They don't seem to have a website, nor do they give you a physical address. I think they are seaming low income- poor credit people out of money in need of an apartment. They sent me an agreement again- with no physical address or specific information in the agreement. Based on the complaint above- I think they just gather "lists" of apartments and then leave people 350.00 less than what they started.
