Global PC left a voice message on our cell phone stating that they charged our account on record $300.00 for the follow years’ service contract renewal. We were instructed to call 864.670.5724 if we did not renew our service and desired a refund. To the best of our knowledge we have not conducted business with Global PC. We have computer service through another company. They called from a Gahanna Ohio telephone number. That number is *** To the best of our knowledge no charge has been made to our credit card.

Called saying they had charged our credit card for $300 for PC support. Said to call 810-512-7852 to have the charges refunded. When we called the number, they insisted we needed to connect our computer to have the charges removed. When I refused, they hung up.

The man called my mother in law at home. I called him back from my cell to see if it was a scam. He said she paid $300 in March of 2016 and we needed to renew our contract for $1500. He only knew my name because he looked it up on caller ID but he didn’t know who he was talking to. I asked him what the contract was for and he couldn’t tell me. After a heated discussion he said he needed to deduct the $1500 and then he’d tell me what the contract was for. He hung up on me after i called him out for being a scammer.
