Out of the blue my laptop went crazy. Got notified by GNF that they could fix it. It cost me $800. They fixed it. A few months later, they called and needed $1,200 (which I stupidly paid) to fix something again. They tell me someone is trying to get into my information on my laptop. I had someone at work help me put McAfee security on my laptop. Now I am constantly getting calls from them about another problem. The guy says his name is Alex Peterson, but he has such a heavy Indian accent, he's hard to understand. I got 6 yesterday. I blocked the number but they can still leave a voicemail. I admit I was scared at first because I couldn't use my laptop until I paid them to fix it. I'm out $2,000 now. One time a woman called me and in the background, I could hear loud music and dogs barking. Doesn't sound like a legitimate business to me. I can't stop them from calling and I am on SS so I don't have more money to waste on this "company". I need them to stop harassing me, please.
