My daughter took out an auto loan for a 2015 Chrysler Town & Country in March of 2022. She put down $6,000 towards the vehicle that began to have transmission problems in May. On 5/21/22, She traded the car after the diagnostics back and decided to get a different car, However it was less than 90 days when the issues occurred and he decided to take my daughters down payment and decided NOT to include it into the other car auto loan which she was borrowing more from the bank. On 9/13/2022 (second car now) a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander that had 61,123 miles at the time of purchase, The transmission blown again which almost caused my daughter and my grandchildren to be in a fatal accident. She contacted Delo at Global motors and well as my husband where he was very unprofessional and stated before looking upon the car "it would her my fault" however she did drive over 3,000 in 3 months, I currently have active stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and my daughter would accompany me. The vehicle's transmission should of not blown and my daughter has proof that the car was defaulted in the gas pedals gears that were severely rusted and was in poor condition before my daughters ownership of this vehicle. Merchant contacted but all unprofessional and negative feedback was given from Global Motors located in Binghamton, NY. My daughter was targeted and something needs to be done.
