I have received several calls from Global Mediation telling me I need to contact them "urgently". They say they have documents with my social security number. They want "me or my attorney" to call them back. Their number on my caller ID is 916-330-3792. This is a total scam! I have never had anything to do with this company. Please investigate and give this info to law enforcement.

This is the message I keep receiving from them on a daily basis for months. They do not say who their client is, what kind of business they are or who they are looking for. I’ve called the number back and it always says they are closed. “This is a final courtesy call from global mediation group before reporting that you've been uncooperative and our findings against you we would need to hear from either yourself or your legal representation today otherwise we will be left with no recourse other than to report your noncompliance in this issue to our clients and proper jurisdiction office number is 1-833-808-0985 again global mediation group 1-833-808-0985 thank you and have a great day…”

First off global mediation called from a Sacramento California number but online it says they are out of Arizona Called me and left me a voicemail for an outstanding balance I called back lady was rude cursing at me told me to pay my [censored]g bills I told her no she said it is now going to go to court and I’m going to be prosecuted this business calls me non stop I block them they call from a new number the lady on the phone was laughing when she went to hang up and talking bad about me

They are claiming to be a mediation law firm. That I have a "case" filed against me. They repeated my address on a voicemail left on my brother-n-laws phone. If it's a legal issue and you have my address then wouldn't you just serve me with papers? They even called my brother-n-laws Dad whom I have no relationship with. They wont say who they are other than Global and they do mediation. They keep repeating they do claims filed against people. I said then send me the documents to my home. You have my address. They want to verify your social and things of this nature. Do not give these people your social. If it was a legal matter then a legal entitiy representing the court would serve you papers.

I was informed that I am scheduled to be served for a payday loan that I didn’t pay but I can have a settlement option and pay in full today or set up a payment plan.

This lady who called her self "Crystal Shay" calls from her "cell phone" and say she is looking for my son to serve him for a civil case that has been filed against him. She gets aggravated because I am asking questions and becomes rude so I told her sounds to me like this is a debt collection agency or a scam and she gets even more upset and says if my son does not call that he will be taken to court. I hung up on her and then she calls me back 5 times before I block her number and then she decides to leave a message. Then she calls family members about the issue. They should not be calling family members that were not even references on any loan etc. that he may have.

I got a call from a “global mediation” who claimed to be working on behalf of “vandalier group” due to a loan I took out, which I did my take out. They told me the loan was in the hundred of dollars, but I was going to be sued for thousands of dollars unless I settled today. They had my address and last four of my soc, but when I question them about the loan, their business address, etc, the man on the phone got very abusive and eventually hung up.
