I received a phone call telling me I was going to be automatically charged for a subscription renewal for a computer maintenance service. They said if I don't want to be charged for the renewal to contact them. They provided a number that I called (208-203-2975). When I called they said I had to connect my computer to them so they could provide the cancellation form. I asked for their web address or for an email with the form for cancellation. They said the only way to cancel was to connect with my computer. After I refused they said they'd automatically charge me. I hung up.
