This Micheal Horps is supposedly the manager of a global express shipping. They are holding a package that I paid for through zelle to a tobacco store. They are requesting I pay them more money to ship package. The seller of package, Manou, says it was free shipping and then he would pay 75 of the 150. I cannot even cancel my order and get refund. They will only accept PayPal through the friends and family option.
