Bought a Labrador puppy from a breeder that used this company to make a delivery from Oklahoma to South Carolina. The first issue after purchasing the dog was the delivery service requested a different crate for the dog to be shipped in along with vaccines. That was $700 that was promised to be refunded. Next, the dog was stopped in Atlanta Georgia because they required pet insurenace to fly the dog across the states. That was $1200 that was promised to be refunded. Then, there was city permit papers that needed to be filled out for $650 that was promised to be refunded. Finally, they asked for an additional $300 for more vaccines because the dog was claimed sick from travel and needed the vaccines before delivery. The dog was promised to be delivered on the same day it was shipped. It was not. We never received the dog. We did not want to pay anymore after the $650. They would not show us pictures of the dog being handled. The tracking number was not updated after the stop in Georgia. The delivery agent was also very demanding for payment and claimed each time that "time was running out". The delivery agent also threatened that we were abandoning the dog for not paying anymore money.
