This company is calling owners of Pueblo Bonito Rose time share in Cabo San Lucas, MX claiming two of the major shareholders are in a deadlock on a board member vote and they want to purchase timeshares to gain controlling interest so they can move forward with there new development. They're offering $21,500 to purchase if you agree and are asking people to send over a copy of your contact with void written on it.They are asking after escrow closes to mail them 6% of selling price.
