Scammer has a website that populates and appears to be global entry but it is not part of the US government. It actually shows up first in Que if one were to google “global entry application”. There is an application for information that would be used to obtain global entry then a fee at the end after you enter credit card info. Very deceptive and no one responds to emails. The claim is it is a service to aide in obtaining global entry. I tried to cancel multiple times. Someone did originally respond via email and text and offer a discounted rate. I declined and since there is no one communicating with me. The personal information taken is what upsets me the most.

This website is posing as a means of applying for global entry. They did not submit anything on my behalf, they do not answer phone calls or emails and now have my social security, passport, drivers license and other valuable personal information.

Entered a website that mimicked the Government global entry website. Seems they offer assistance services to apply for global entry but that was not clearly mentioned on the main page. Only found this out after I realized could be a potential scam. I am concerned for identitiy theft as they have all my details: Address , email, passport, permanent resident, drivers license and credit card information etc. They also charged me a service fee of USD 149,95

I was helping my daughter renew her Global Entry status. I googled "renew Global Entry" and this website came up first. I thought I was on the government website. I filled out a lot of her personal information: passport #, driver's license, birthdate, and home address. I did not give them her social security number. I submitted this information and then was taken to a payment site. It was at this point that I noticed the $149 fee and realized this was not the government site. So I exited out. But am worried that even though I did not submit credit card info, they do have a lot of her other important information. I tried to contact them, but there is no way to do this. No telephone number, no contact form that actually can be submitted. Thus I know its a scam.

I was trying to sign-up for Global Entry with my new Delta SkyMiles Reserve Credit Card but was duped into submitting all of my information to https://global-entry-pass-us.com/. It appears that my application did go through and an interview was scheduled with the government. However, https://globalenrollmentcenter.com now has all of my personal information. I am disputing the charge with American Express and asked this service to refund my money.

This is a scam website https://global-entry-pass-us.com/, mimicking the official US gov website.

- Walnut, CA, USA • Jan 17, 2024

This was a fraudulent global entry application website and I submitted all of my personal information including my passport among other things. This is a misleading website that fools people into handing over money and sensitive personal information.

Posing as Global Entry official site

I was looking to submit an online application for TSA Global Entry on the morning of January 1st. I found the GE Assist site which looked legitimate at the time. I did receive a confirmation email and number from the company however, the email I noticed basically gives me steps to create an account and submit an application on the DHS website to ‘take ownership of my application’ which is what I thought was going to be done by GE Assist.

They didn’t submit the application, which I now have to do, and they took my personal information and money for a service they didn’t provide.

upon searching for a global entry site this site was the top official-looking application site. I filled in all information including previous address, driver's license, and passport numbers, and submitted. Then was sent a confirmation that looked unofficial leading to me researching the site and finding out it's a third party unaffiliated site

I was applying for global entry, I did a google search for "global entry" and this website appeared first, before the actual US Customs and Border Protection website. I quickly filled out the information, including my passport information, drivers license, employment history and paid with my credit card. My global entry application was actually processed and $100 fee was received, but an additional $149.95 was charged for "service fee." The services provided are not needed to process the application.

- San Jose, CA, USA • Jun 19, 2023

I was charged $149.95 over $100 for my global entry fee. The site looked like they offically represent the department that handles Global Entry and this is the only way to apply for global entry. I lost not only $149.95 but worst is now all my and my wife's personal information in stored with them and I am at a great risk of Identity theft.

I also initially thought this was an official government site, and only after giving all the requested information did I see the $149 "fee" for services. Nonetheless, I clicked on it still thinking it was a government site. After being informed that it probably wasn't an official government site, I tried to cancel my order that evening. I received a reply that their services had already submitted my information & payment to "Global Entry," and that they couldn't cancel my order but could provide me with a "refund" of $50 off their service fee. Long story short, I was charged $99 (instead of $149) and - surprisingly - was notified by the US Government 2 days later that my Global Entry had been renewed.
