I was contacted by a lawyer named *** *** and told I had won an international lottery or sweepstakes for $500,000. I was told income tax was cheaper there in the Philippines 13% and the finance company would pay the income tax and I would pay them 6800 over 90 days to repay. Thursday they requested $1550 via FedEx. I sent it and they requested another $2400 cash to FedEx. I was supposed to receive my check today but it did not show up. Everyone involved at the business sounds foreign.
