Called my family and called me left a message saying who the person was and cause being filed against me in my county for a loan I hadn't paid. Wasn't thinking so I went ahead gave them my info and payment arrangements. After said and done I paid it off. Went to the loan company to talk to them and they had no knowledge of this. So I looked further into this so called company and seen they have harassed other people and they reported them as scams. I wish I knew than what I know now.

Called and stated very threatening like manner stating that there was an outstanding debt and if we didn't pay we would be arrested. She asked for my birthday, which I didn't give.
