This animal transport company was used by a breeder selling puppies. They said they were able to deliver the puppy straight to my door. Total for the puppy including delivery would be $950. Once I got a tracking number from this seller I was able to see both the origin and destination address, along with a tracking number, departure date/time, and arrival date/time. First arrival time was expected at 8:45 am Thursday Jun 8th 2023. I received an email from this company that the puppy was missing important insurance papers required for travel and in order to move forward, I had to pay for the "important pet insurance papers" Due to the puppy breed they were asking $1590 through zelle. I got a call from this number (716)XXX-XXXX explaining that my puppy needed this insurance in order to be delivered and the insurance was 100% refundable at the time of delivery. I sent money through apple pay. Played phone tag with this person throughout the day and even texted them countless times asking for delivery updates and information. I then was updating the tracking on the website and saw the status was now "ON HOLD -ELECTRONIC CRATE PENDING" I called the number back twice and no answer. I receive an call back from the number and they were explaining how the puppy was not sent in the right crate therefore I would have to send another amount of money in order for the puppy to be delivered. I told them I refuse to send any more money and they told me to contact the breeder. I then contact the breeder by trying to call them via messenger, and the call was denied followed by a message saying "I'm at work can you text me?" third time being denied a phone call/video call. They were also shocked about the crate change and that the company just spoke to them. The breeder then continues to say "We are trying to figure this out. We can cover the crate charge. You have to complete the delivery. We're just worried about the puppy, He must be so scared." something along those lines at least, I just know they were trying to guilt trip me and make me feel bad for the puppy to continue to send money. I told the breeder I don't understand how this "premium" animal shipping agency requires more money to deliver this puppy. Then begin to say they didn't have enough money to give at the time and that I will have to complete the delivery and send more money, they just want the puppy home and safe. I told them I would not be sending any more money and they followed with "You can send us the money and we can go there physically, pay and get a receipt."

This supposed animal transport service was going to be used to ship a puppy, from what turned out to be a sham as well. The website the puppy was advertised on is Bordercoliefarmhouse.com. The puppy was to be shipped via Global Animal Transports. The puppy was to be delivered to the nearest airport where I live at via this shipping company, then the puppy was to be taken directly to my home.A tracking number was sent via an email. When I went on it to see what the status of the shipping was, the tracking number didn't work. I "chatted" with someone online and they said to try in 10 minutes. Then it went back online. I called the number from the website, and left a message, as nobody answered. A foreign speaking man called back. I asked him how I know the delivery service is legitimate and that the puppy is guaranteed to be shipped. He asked if I had received an email, which I did, but I told him I didn't. He couldn't give me any forthcoming answers. Shortly after an email was sent from the transport company saying 900.00 needed to be sent to insure the puppy but it would be refunded upon the safe arrival to me of the puppy. I knew that the puppy website was a scam by now and also the transport website.
