Reached out to her June 1, 2021 informing her I had not received my order and would like a refund I got no response. I attempted to reach out to her again March 9 of this year requesting a complete refund. She then proceeded to respond with “Your order is on the way” on March 14 I sent her another email for an update and no response from her. I reached out to her April 3rd letting her know to cancel my order and give me a complete refund she responded with she will look into it and get back to me and I have not received my refund.
