I searched online for a good price on a dehumidifier. Gleseg.com had a very low price. I immediately suspected a scam, but I ordered it anyway. They promised to ship it within 12 days and would send me an e-mail when it ships. After 12 days, I contacted them to check on the status of my order. I have not received word back and it has been 19 days since I placed my order. I believe that their contact e-mail [email protected] for questions about the status of an order does exist, since my e-mail to them did not bounce. However, they are not responding to my order status questions. Additionally, their US address and their hotline phone number do NOT exist. Fortunately, I used a virtual credit card number (that is linked to my actual credit card) with a maximum dollar amount equal to the purchase price, so additional funds cannot be charged to the credit card number. My credit card statement says that my payment was received by NICOLAS C MARTINEZ LLC 2099140702 CA on Oct 02, 2019.
