Type of a scam Phishing
He stated that if I didn't cooperate that I would be taking my chances against further actions. He had a foreign accent and I couldn't hear him very well. There was also a lot of background noise.
He kept insisting there was a case against me. I kept repeating myself and finally asked him for MY name.
He wouldn't say, said I needed to tell him. I hung up
I called the number back and it is a Magic Jack number ( IP Phone Service ) that said the # I am calling doesn't have anyone "assigned"
to it
