clicked on advertising on computer for a free sample of face cream if I paid for shipping of $5.95. Billed on my Mastercard July 22/18 for $$99.79 for Skinlooks & $109.79 for Cream Skin. I sent an e-mail wanting a refund for this not approved amount of $209.58 by chq. sent to my home address ASAP, I got no reply. When I checked my next statement they had billed me again for the same amount in Aug. I sent more e-mails plus made several calls to the company receiving excuses for not giving me a refund until I threatened to report them to the "BBB". Than they agreed to refund the Aug. charges only. I had to pay the July amount to keep my credit rating and I cancelled my Mastercard.
