Glazed Watches advertised free watches with paid shipping on Twitter. I made the order on Dec 5, 2017. Never received items. Numerous emails received over 6 months that they were being shipped. When complained to email provided I would receive the same automated response to give them at 28 days from purchase, then I would receive another email a couple of days later that my purchase had been shipped and was on its way. Phone number listed on my credit card statement always goes to recording.

The company purchased promoted ads on Instagram for Black Friday deals. Once I clicked the ad on Instagram, I was redirected to a website that was really well made. The products offered were appealing. I googled the company name Glazed Watches for any negative reviews or warnings posted regarding the company. No search results were found for the company name, so I made place two orders for three watches totaling $60.00 on 11/25/17. I received an order confirmation. Some reviews online said that the watches would take a really long time as they were being from international companies. I received a shipping confirmation 2/9/18. But I didn't receive a package. By March 2018, I emailed the address provided for customer support requesting a refund and receive a canned response. I search the internet for the company, and the website was taken down.

This company, and other like it, are highly active on social media sites like Twitter and Instagram. They advertise free product (watches, in this case) and all you have to pay is shipping. Their generic bounce-back email response says that they are in back order and product should be received within 19 days of order--I ordered SIX WEEKS ago and still have seen no change to the status of my order, have not seen any of my product, and have not been able to reach any representatives re: refund. There is only one email address, which I have sent multiple emails to with no luck, and I cannot find a phone number anywhere. It's like the company doesn't exist, and they have no intention of sending watches at all; they just want your shipping money. I wish I would have done a little research before I paid them, since I likely won't be getting any money back--DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!

They claimed to be having a first day of business sale so all of the watches would be free, except for shipping charges. After ordering 2 watches and entering in information to pay for shipping, they claimed that the product would arrive around 19 days after order date. 19 days later, the watches didn't arrive and when I tried to email them all they say in a seemingly automated message is that the product will arrive in 19 days after order date. They still haven't arrived and they already took the money out for the shipping. They have an FAQ page where they claim they are a legit business, but from mine and other people's experience, they are not.

I purchased a watch from Glazed Watches on November 11th 2017. Today is December 22nd 2017 and I have not received my watch yet, but they charged me for the item the day I ordered it. With multiple attempts to contact them, I receive a generic message stating that I will receive my order within 19 days. It has now been 41 days and I have received nothing. I have also requested my money be refunded and they have ignored me all together. I DO NOT recommend using this company. They will take your money and NOT send you a product.
