I ordered 2 wine glasses on 09/05/21. I immediately noticed that my address was off by 1 digit which I read in complaints has happened to others. My address is 9705 they had 8705. I emailed to have it corrected and it never was. I received 1 odd email to be patient. They send messages in the subject line of the email and not the body. I had been checking all week and the order was still in process so I did further checking and they have a bad habit of not shipping. This was a gift to be sent to a different address. I noticed today that they noqt only altered my address but the address the wine glasses were to be sent to. The street name is Sundance Trail which had been altered to Sundial Trail. Apparently this has been going on with ads on Facebook for quite awhile now. The money had been taken out of my accout but as of now Wells Fargo has reimbursed my account.. $59.Thank you
