Contacted the above website. Spoke with Nelvin Whitehead, seller who works in partnership with Luella Davis. I researched and also contacted a reference with the phone # (779) 444-0349. Initially we attempted payment through Zelle but this failed (I did not have a debit card). I then went to Paypal but apparently Luella Davis did not have that app. She agreed to email me that she would not withdraw this money (see email below). However, she eventually did withdraw it (see Paypal info below) but they refused to send the puppy. The website is up and they continue to SCAM. I have multiple text and email communications with the email above and via the "scammer" phone number which is still working.

I am writing with reference from Nelvin Whitehead, concerning the PayPal payment of USD 945.00 made.

This payment was intended to be sent to me but my email is not registered on PayPal and hence I will not be accepting the payment.

Nelvin is the one in charge of all the business and you should get back to him so you guys can proceed with the business.
