On a crazy whim, I decided to buy a product from Glamour Galor without reading the reviews. Once I read them (all negeative), I tried to cancel my order by emailing them. I’ve emailed over 6 times and Facebook messages over 2. No response at all. This company just steals your money and does not deliver or respond to the customer.

I ordered from this company eye lash extender. Never received the product. Never received a return email when I asked where my product was. I found out from researching this company that they have done with this with several people. They should not be in business.

I purchased glamour galore’s eye lash serum on 2/8/18. I received an email that the order had been processed and was preparing for shipment. A week goes by and I receive not further emails. I email customer support and receive a very generic response stating that my order got lost at customs at the airport. I have tried emailing them multiple more time to not receive anything back. This is a total scam, please do not purchase from them!!

They have all sorts of cosmetics and personal care items for sale. They will take your money and never deliver your product. Phone number is disconnected and will not return emails.

Found advertisement on Facebook made purchase they sent me a fake email with a fake confirmation number my order was debited from my credit card but I never received a purchase no one would ever call back or respond to any emails this is a fake page. They take your money and never deliver product.

I bought a product from them and haven’t received the product. When I tried to contact them by phone it was an answering message and said to email them. I’ve emailed three times trying to see what happened to my purchase. I’m not able to do a refund and get my money back unless I’ve received the item which I have not.

I purchased products via online order 12/15 from this Facebook ad and since then have not received tracking information. Never received my order. Left several messages via email as well as through their 800# that they never answer. This is a fake company that stole $75 from me. I used same email with two different addresses, I’m either at *** ** ***

I ordered 19 Dec and still have not received any information on when my item will ship. The order status on the site has been the same since I first ordered: "We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your order status." Ive emailed the company twice and messaged twice on its Facebook site with no response except for a generic automated response. No attempts have been made to contact me. Order # 50927577

I ordered from this company and never received the product. I also tried contacting this company by phone with no way to leave a message and no one answers. I also tried contacting them by email with no response. I have read several reviews of fraud on this company and wished I would have read the reviews before ordering from this so called company! Will never order from here again and reported this fraud company to my credit card.

I paid $24.99 for an eyelash serum and never received a confirmation email or an invoice number , nothing. I have never received the product and have never had anyone respond to my many emails, calls,posts, voicemails and messages. I have never received my money back either ! They are a scam and just want peoples money
