Website advertises Shih-Tzu Puppies for sale, but they do not exist. Seller requires advance payment by Western Union or Money Gram only, and would not accept a traceable, secure method like Paypal. I offered to pick up the dog in person and pay cash because I refused to make payment via Western Union/Money Gram. I even talked to him on the phone to confirm I would pay cash in person. He was foreign speaking and very rude. Seller agreed to cash and texted me a meeting time and place that was 4 hours away. I drove there, and he confirmed 10 minutes before our meeting time that he was there, but he never showed up. At the time I was supposed to get the dog, the seller blocked my phone number. When I called seller from another phone, he stated his wife went into labor so he couldn't meet. All lies. He even uses fake photos on his webpage and will send a fake video. There are not puppies, and he hopes people will wire him money for a fake shih-tzu that he never sends.
