I placed and order for a Black Friday deal she was advertising. I placed my order on 11/30/2019 in the amount of $420. She even text me from phone number 6785324357 thanking me for my order and verifying what texture of hair did I desire I told her and I have not heard anything back from her since. I did however texted and emailed her on 12/17/2019 asking when will I receive the hair and I got no response. I then received a tracking number via text on 12/29/2019. It is now 01/22/2020 and still no package. I looked up the tracking number and it’s juat says that a label was created on that date when I called the ups customer service the representative stated that the shipper has not gave them the packaged as of yet that she had only sent them the information and that’s how the label got created. Her site states that there are no refunds. But if you are not going to send of the product I deserve a refund and I will not be ordering from her ever again.
