I ordered an IPhone 11 Pro though an online ad on Facebook. I know I shouldn't have done it but I was upset that my old phone didn't make it through recent updates. I had ordered another phone through my cell phone provider, but I was really upset with how much that was going to cost me. I have never spent that much money for a cell phone. Then while scrolling through Facebook an ad for an IPhone 11 Pro popped up. I placed an order knowing how much an IPhone Pro cost. I wanted to hope and pray that I would get the IPhone Pro so I could save money. Well, I was able to check on the status of the order online daily. Suddenly, after some time had passed I could not check the status of the order. I wasn't sure what to do. Suck it up and just accept that I was going to be out the money. Well, then I decided to go back through my emails and found the saved original receipt. I contacted PayPal and filed a dispute through them. After waiting several days, to hear about the status of the dispute I was told the item was delivered. I knew that wasn't true or possible. My mailman always makes sure I see any packages I get delivered big or small. Turns out I had to get my local post office involved. I had to prove to PayPal that I didn't receive the item buy getting the delivery location found if possible. It truly wasn't delivered to me!
