3 people myself included has witnessed first hand of this business scamming them. Not receiving their tracking number or hair, getting numerous explanations. 2 of 3 people had proof and they agreed with the claims then denied all claims later, everything is in black and white. 1 of 3 people however had no black and white proof only verbal messages.
