I got a Facebook message from “Julie Leach” saying I was randomly picked to receive 50,000 as a giveaway. She stated she needed 500.00 to process the request and that it couldn’t be deducted from the winnings. Of course I didn’t send the money which means I wasn’t contacted again. If you’ve won that much money you don’t need my 500.00 to process it. People these days!!

A color ad in my inbox from "Dick's" saying I'd won a cooler with a link to tap to claim it. The ad included a button to click to claim. It also had a place to click to unsubscribe, or I could call a number, but it cut off and never gave the number. So it looked like there were 3 separate things to click on that could get me in trouble. There was no return address.
