I am a job seeker and was contacted by Give Well Charities. There was a brief online interview process with no official paperwork. They said I would receive $550 per assignment. I have requested an formal interview twice and have been told that they will let me know the time and place which they have not done. Sent a very large check. Wanted me to cash it through my account and send the funds via Instagram to an orphanage in Manila. My contacts name is Susan Komer. She says that she is based in Australia. Her phone is listed in Alabama. The website states that they have offices in Seatle, Washington. When I checked just now, the listed offices are in San Francisco. But when I call, was sent immediately to voicemail and have not receive a returned call. The website looks very official and states that they have been endorsed by various magazines and news organizations. But when researched, nothing is found.

They sent a large cashiers check and wanted me to cash it thru my checking account which I did not do. I went to a check cashing store and sent the funds that way. I never received the promised payment for my services. Now they have contacted me again and want me to do the same thing. I have opted to file this report instead.
