We found an air conditioner on this website that was priced extremely low (67.99 vs. 400 retail or 200 through Facebook Marketplace). We entered our information (email, phone number) on their website while placing an order. It then led us to PayPal to process the payment, so we entered our credit card information and processed the payment. We received two emails, one saying that a Chris Bates sent us an invoice, the other saying that a Brian Stewart received the payment. We noted the name discrepancies as a red flag and contacted the email listed on the website ([email protected]). We also filled out the customer service form online to see if we would get an email confirmation that our inquiry was received. We never received any email. No confirmation email of our purchase of the product, no email response from the individual email provided, and no email confirmation generated from the online customer service form we filled out. The only emails we ever received were to confirm that the PayPal payment was processed, which we disputed immediately with our bank.
