I placed an order with Girlstay for clothing. I received tracking numbers but they weren’t valid tracking numbers. I tried contacting the company by email (no phone number or address in site). The address on the order that I “supposedly “ entered for billing and shipping wasn’t anywhere near valid, I had never heard of it. They kept trying to tell me that I already had my order. I repeatedly told them I didn’t and I either needed a full refund or my order. After correspondence for over 6 months, I now know this is ridiculous and won’t ever get my order or my products.

I ordered a product from this website over a month ago and the product hasn't even shipped yet. Multiple emails to customer support have gone unanswered.
