I purchased items from their online shop after seeing so many posts about them on Instagram. A month went by and my order still said processing. So i emailed and asked what's going on, they replied back a week later saying they shipped it, but when i tracked it another week later it still said awaiting parcel. I asked for a refund, after a week they said they would refund me. Another month later and have yet to receive my refund. The more i searched , the more people i found out this very thing has happened too.
