Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
ZERO response from anyone who works there. They stole our money with FALSE ADVERTISING using product images from OTHER websites (like Costco), charging OVER retail price delaying delivery to weeks when promised and paid for expedited shipping with in a couple days. My husband had to cancel plans for proposing twice!!! Because of their fake promises and lack of communication and delays.
We took the rings to Kay jewelers and they were shocked in the lack of quality and said the diamonds are not even close to the price point paid and the ring looks like it’s been worn for 20 years already. They told me multiple diamonds weren’t showing as real when they tested them!!!! So embarrassing!!! Especially for my husband.
I don’t know how they have been getting away with this for so long? The quality is so bad!! I’m embarrassed to even wear it!!!
