I ordered early December... I keep e ailing them and they said they r behind bc they were closed due 2 COVID... And they apologize. Ive said send my order or refund and nothing! And the # doesn't work. And my purchase was also taken off my card and was $80.. This is insane

I ordered a quilt on dec 11th, they said with processing and shipping it would be about 4 weeks. Well after a month I sent an email asking about my order. They apologized and said it would soon be shipped. I requested my money back, they said that it was on it's way. I tried to contact them several times with no luck. There phone isnt a working number. They took $80, off my card and will not refund my money. The phone number they have listed is not in service.
