Gil Kowalczyk stated he was a concrete mason, he gave me a business card and stated he would remove old concrete around pool and put new concrete around pool. He gave me a quote of 8000. dollars . He stated he needed half down for materials which I gave him half in cash . I Signed a contract with him. He came two days, broke up some of my old concrete, then never came back. I had to go to small claims court. I won the court case. He never showed up. I tried for months to get him to finish the job. He just ignored me.
