I was called by Gil Chris Legal services and told they were from Placer County to server me a summons for money I owed and spoke of a name I am not. I called them back to say they had the wrong person and I am at work please don’t bother my wife at home. They had my home address with the wrong name. He said his name was Jason Myers at 1-888-796-4305 and I had to accept the summons regardless of who’s name was on it for case # 2015-198-40. Then he hung up on me. I called back to speak to the manager a person who called himself Mr. Jackson said he would get him for me put me on hold for over 5 minutes and never came back so I hung up. I called back again and asked for the address of the company from a Phil Myers and he hung up on me. I called back for the last time and told them if I could not speak to someone in charge that I was going to file a formal complaint and the person on the phone said he dared me to and go ahead they don’t care.
