Called out of the blue and told me they would charge my account $299.00 for some undisclosed service if I did not cancel the service. The man, Oliver, got hostile quickly - does not want to talk about how they got my number - what service they provide - Supposedly, I bought this service when I boughtt my computer years ago. According to Oliver, I have forgotten buying it or using it and it suddenly needs to be renewed?

It was scary. They wanted my phone to be near my computer and asked if I could see the browser?

I repeatedly said take my name off the call list and do not charge my card anything until the man hung up on me.
