I ordered and paid for a personalized coffee mug on June 5th. It is Jun 28 and I still have not received it. You cannot get hold of the supplier other than an email! Their delayed response is apologetic, vague, and non-committal. One email says it's been shipped, and in a post office somewhere else, and the other says shipping has been delayed! Do not order from this company they are not reputable, and a big scam!

Gives the run around, takes your money and you never receive product

Ordered a mug. It never arrived...getting ahold of them is a nightmare and when you do they say it's not their problem once it's shipped out. I now am filing a fraud claim with my bank against giftymize. . Horrible customer service. Dishonest!

This company took my money in an instant and 3 weeks later have not tracked down my package. They want me to hunt for it. I paid for item and delivery. No phone to call. They send emails to tell me what I already know. It has been sitting in post office for over a full week and they will not refund my money. Or call me or call the tracking post office or company.
