This scammer is pretending to be a lover and start a romantic relationship, but is constantly asking for money to send to Ghana. They say they are a teacher in Ghana and need help getting US Citizenship, and also they need money for phones and medical treatment for family members. They communicate through WhatsApp, their number is +233240722730.
