Scam

I bought a tent and never received it. Emails came back as no good. Company is a scammer. Do not purchase anything from them. Received one email saying it had been sent and received. Lies. Not able to contact through email anymore.

I made an online purchase on the giftsbio website for a 10,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner Remote Control on July 15, 2021 for a total amount of $49.99 and on August 22, 2021 I received a totally different item which was 10 disposable face mask, I tried to email them and the email came out as a The recipient server did not accept our request to connect

i was looking for a tent on Google and i saw the log cabin tent by giftsbio and noticed it was cheap and an 8 person tent so i decided to wait until i got some money and bought it (a couple months) so i bought it and waited almost 3 weeks to get it in the mail and i noticed they mailed it and when i got "it" in the mail i was excited until i found out it was a very small package (what i received in the mail was 15 masks) so i tried to contact the company and found out the name changed to porjob. i am upset about this ordeal cuz im out $50. and no tent and i still need a tent for camping.

I bought a tent from this website and paid for it with PayPal. The money went through and my payment was processed within 24 hours of ordering but after that, I never recieved any further emails about my order, no tracking number, no confirmation email, etc. After about a week I started sending an email a day for about 3 or 4 days and tired calling the phone number provided on their website with no luck. Each email attempt I made to them wouldn't even complete and send due to an error with their email. Finally I gave up and accepted my fate that I had been scammed and was never going to recieve the item I ordered and paid for. About a month later I received an email from Aftership, a package shipping tracker app, that this item has been shipped to me and was on it's way. It took less than a week to get here and when it arrived, the package was not what I ordered nor anywhere close. I ordered a giant camping tent for $49.99 only to finally recieve a small package of 15 disposable face masks. I googled the shipping address on the package label where it came from and Regency Sign Co. came up which is a permanently closed business.
