I placed Order No. GKU87832 and many items were missing from the basket. The sparkling kosher wine was missing. The strudels were missing, Both Godiva chocolates were missing and Elsa's Story Choco. In addition, several items were not kosher! Fruit was missing.

I reached out and they lied and said the items must have come out during delivery but the basket was secure and closed. They have similar complaints from others. They proceeded to offer me a refund (did not disclose what that would be) for only the wine and said that was all they could offer. They rudely said that they would not discuss anything further after I said that I would report this as fraud.

Business states they are Kosher and their name includes word Kosher. They are not Kosher and their products are not Kosher. They send items that are not Kosher. On some items they tape their own made sticker that says "Kosher" on it. Products have no Kosher certification. This is fraud.
