We purchased 3 Outdoor-Indoor 4ft Pop-up LED Snowman on November 22, 2019 in the amount of $55.50. We still have not received the items. I contacted our credit card company to dispute the charge, after not receiving any response from the Gift-Time. I googled the company and found hundreds of bad reviews all stating the same story no snowman/ and or other products was shipment and the company charged their cards.
I tried to place a claim with ScamPulse.com but unfortunately the company's website doesn't provide you with a mailing address or phone number.
I'm contacting you because this company should be shut down for fraud and scamming people. Can you investigate this company so other people don't get scammed. Its frustrating that company's get away with this.
