went to giftmyfather.com and bought a hoodie. First, I never got a confirmation email but my account was charged. When I emailed their listed contact support I was told they would provide me one. After several days and another complaint they finally provided one. I said I wanted to cancel the order and get my refund. They said they would process that but never did. I contacted them multiple times and would get delayed responses but my order has yet to be refunded and it's been over a month.
