Raul, the manager, purposely ommits a “no refunds” sign in his store. not to mention the shirts are extremely fragile. the lettering/writing faded only after a day of wearing it. i was rudely refused a refund and told “i can write no refunds on a piece of paper” after i complained that he did not have a no refunds sign out.
