I ordered a pair of shoes from this website on 03/02/2020. On 03/11/2020, I received notification that the shoes had shipped. I have tried to email the company twice and track the shipment. I have not yet received a response to the emails and there is no updated tracking information. I have also tried to visit the website, which appears to no longer exist. I paid for the item and have not received the product.
