They charged us before they came out to even look at our garage door. They were scheduled to come do our door on Thursday, they didn't call or update us that they weren't going to come, or that they were stuck at another job. I called and found out. They rescheduled for Friday saying top priority. Again another no show. I had to call them again and they told me that their person was out of town and not working that day?!? They rescheduled me again for Sunday, top priority, first job of the day. It's Sunday. They were supposed to be here and again a no show. I had to call them once again and they inform me they are doing another job once again and need to reschedule for a 4th time. This is not a reliable business, if it is a business at all.
